B.O.S.S. offers full-spectrum addiction services with appointments available within 24 hours. We provide non-judgmental, low-barrier care and ongoing support at every stage of recovery. Our team meets people where they are and focuses on safety, continuity, and care that respects each person’s goals.
B.O.S.S. is a physician-led addiction clinic in Burlington, Ontario. Our team includes four experienced physicians with more than 80 years of combined experience in addiction medicine, bringing diverse clinical backgrounds and perspectives to patient care.
We value continuity and access. Patients are cared for by a consistent medical team and have access to a physician seven days a week. We provide low-barrier, non-judgmental care and welcome people at all stages of recovery.
Our clinic offers a full range of evidence-based treatments, including safer supply (H+), Methadone, Kadian, Suboxone, and Sublocade. While we are not a pain clinic, we recognize the important role pain can play in opioid dependence and provide support with opioid tapering, stabilization, and safer prescribing.
We also offer medical management of alcohol use disorder, treatment of stimulant use disorder, hepatitis C screening and treatment, and have built strong connections to community and hospital-based supports, including ADAPT in the community, and the PHAST program at Joseph Brant Hospital.

All care at B.O.S.S. is provided by experienced physicians. Our team offers full-spectrum addiction treatment, from harm reduction and safer supply to stabilization and recovery-focused care. This allows us to support people at every stage of their journey, with medical oversight and continuity throughout.
We provide care without stigma or pressure. Patients are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of substance use, background, or goals. We meet people where they are and support harm reduction, stability, or recovery based on what matters most to each individual.
Access to care should not be a barrier. We offer walk-in appointments, self-referrals, and rapid access to services, with access to a physician seven days per week. We prioritize continuity, so patients are supported over time by a consistent medical team.
We work closely with community and hospital-based programs to support comprehensive care beyond our clinic. Our established connections include ADAPT and the PHAST program at Joseph Brant Hospital, helping ensure coordinated, wrap-around support when additional services are needed.
